Who we are
Skybound Scaling Inc. ("Skybound", "we", "us") is a web design and digital marketing studio based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through skyboundscaling.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you send us a brief, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, work email, company, project budget range, the services you're interested in, and your message.
- Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we keep the thread so we can respond and maintain context.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify you.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal information. If we add analytics in the future, it will be reflected here first.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a point of view on your project.
- To deliver services you engage us for, including proposals and project communication.
- To keep basic business records required by law.
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only with service providers needed to operate this site and our business (for example, hosting and email providers), under terms that protect it; or when required by law. We never sell or rent personal information.
Retention
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request or maintain our business relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@skyboundscaling.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe we have mishandled your information.

Our site links to client websites and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only skyboundscaling.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
